PickyPicker was originally a project to flesh out the resumes of two college students, and evolved into a passion project for both of its developers.
Sydney Nadeau is the original brainstormer of PickyPicker, and a Junior at NYU majoring in Computer Science. Originally a Mathematics major minoring in Computer Science, she quickly developed enthusiasm for programming and decided to switch majors. Having been a picky eater since she was 3, she consistently struggled with finding common places to eat with friends and family—thus being the root of her idea for PickyPicker.
Jack Hengen, a teammate from the beginning, is currently a Junior at Drexel University also majoring in Computer Science, minoring in Mathematics. He began learning programming watching game development tutorials when he was 15, and has been growing his programming skillfullness since. Having heard Sydney's excitement for this new project, he wanted to join and offer some additional assistance and insight. Though Jack is not a picky eater, he loves food.
Jack and Sydney are both from Brooklyn, New York, and met in high school.
